This note is long overdue and NO indication of how much we enjoyed our vacation on Starfish. Our entire family had the most incredible 6 days. Jen, your food was just amazing as I think you could tell from so many members of the clean plate club! I want your recipe for the Mahi Mahi from the first night though doubtful I can replicate what you made. REALLY every meal was amazing.
