Raspberry Cheesecake Croissants - delicious raspberry & vanilla cheesecake baked in a crispy croissant Banana Oat Pancakes - served with honey, syrup, cinnamon and sugar

Eggs Florentine - english muffins topped with creamed spinach and a poached egg

Lunch

After a morning of swimming and exploring come back to the boat for a delicious lunch to refuel for the rest of the afternoon

Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Strips - crispy chicken strips smothered in a honey mustard marinade served on crispy lettuce, tomato, feta, avocado & sesame seeds Light and Refreshing Thai Summer Rolls - crispy lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, mango and mint wrapped in a delicate rice paper roll with a sweet chilli & peanut dipping sauce

Quesadillas - grilled tortilla filled with melted cheese and peppers Prosciutto & Melon Salad - prosciutto, melon & gouda salad served with fresh baguettes

Quiche - a selection of quiches served with a salad Nicoise Salad - grilled tuna served on a bed of lettuce, boiled eggs, beans & olives

Grilled Chicken and Pepper Skewers - served with a light salad

Dinner

While watching the setting sun & sipping on cocktails on the deck, your chef will get your evening meal ready

Salmon with Sesame Soy marinade - fresh salmon marinaded with a soya, ginger, sesame sauce and flash fried served with creamy Parmesan potato Pork Tenderloin Medallions - BBQ’d to perfection by your Captain Chicken Breast - stuffed with spinach and feta and wrapped in bacon, served with rice

Herb Crusted Fish - fish of the day served with roasted garlic potatoes Shrimp Tagliatelle - served with an Arrabbiata sauce Mauritian Fish Curry - fish of the day cooked in a typical Mauritian recipe Oven baked Chicken Parmesan - tender chicken breast baked with a parmesan topping with wilted spinach and baby potatoes
