Born and raised in the Caribbean, Vicente developed a deep love for the ocean and its rhythms. He began sailing at a young age and quickly honed his skills, becoming a respected captain and sailing instructor.

Carolina is a vibrant Cuban chef whose cooking isn't just a profession - it's her heritage, her creative outlet, and her way of sharing love and warmth with others.
