First Mate and Chef Bonnie Carroll, enjoys sailing, snorkeling, and watersports as much as her husband. She was born and raised in Western PA. Bonnie’s gourmet style of cooking is renowned. You will savor her scrumptious meals. She has worked under numerous esteemed chefs. In addition, managing several fine dining restaurants gave her the opportunity to establish her own, distinguished style of cooking. Bonnie uses natural, non-processed ingredients. And local, and organic products when available. It is indeed of great importance to her to make healthy food choices. You will therefore savor an extensive meal selection.
Second Mate and Mascot: The sailor is onboard for most charters. She is an adorable small dog that instantly loves people. Above all, guests adore her. This 1-year-old, 10 lb. Bichon Frieze/Toy Poodle mix is indeed extremely friendly. She is, by all means, non-aggressive and hypoallergenic. As a matter of fact, she charms all the guests with her cuddly, engaging, and sweet personality.
