Prime Minister Gaston Browne hopes for direct flights from the U.S. Meanwhile, regional airline LIAT now has two daily flights with 50 seats between Antigua and Barbuda, starting on November 1, the islands’ Independence Day.
The Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority (ABAA) operates Barbuda’s new airport, known for its great service like Antigua’s VC Bird International Airport. With a private jet terminal, it supports luxury tourism and offers easy access to the island.
Robert De Niro is adding to Barbuda’s charm with the upcoming Nobu Beach Inn on Princess Diana Beach. He also established the renowned Nobu Restaurant there.
