Marie of Powercat PHILOTIMO is a professional chef born in the Dominican Republic. She also studied languages in Italy. She worked as an interpreter, translator, and web marketer in multiple fields. However, it was during her part-time work in restaurants that she discovered her love for cooking.
In 2010, she changed careers. Thus, she started cooking on yachts in the US and British Virgin Islands. She also graduated with Merit from the Ashburton Chefs Academy in Devon, England.
She is passionate about client service and enjoys creating new tasty dishes to satisfy even the most refined palates. Marie speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and French, but her best language is the language of excellent service and delicious food.
