BVISAIL
“You Make the Memories, We’ll Make the Arrangements”

Marina Cay, British Virgin Islands is a private island. It is a lovely flower-covered island located just east of Beef Island Airport and Tortola. This tiny island has a quiet lagoon with good snorkeling. Shine a light into the water at night from the stern of your yacht and enjoy the aquarium display.

Before the 2017 hurricanes, the Pusser’s Rum company had a very popular bar and restaurant on Marina Cay. Due to extensive hurricane damage, they closed up the shop. However, they maintain establishments on local islands, including Tortola. Visit them after a day of snorkeling for the original Painkiller drink.

Places to See and Things to Do in Marina Cay BVI

  • Scuba Diving. The diving around Marina Cay is outstanding. Colorful coral reefs, crystal clear water, and abundant marine life make scuba diving here a perfect activity on your yacht charter vacation, whether you’re a long-time scuba diver or a first-time novice.
  • Snorkeling. Adults as well as kids will enjoy snorkeling around the island. Look for sea turtles, Blue Tang, Barracuda, and other tropical fish. There’s a nice spot to snorkel to the north of the island along Grand Camanoe. What’s more, when the water is so clear you can often see straight to the bottom.

Marinas and Anchorages

There are no Marinas on the island. However, nearby Tortola has many.
